Are you able to provide a quote over the phone?
We are unable to provide quotations over the phone as in order for us to provide an accurate quotation we need to see the lawn/garden and what is required.

Do I need to be home for a quotation?
This will depend on what services you require. We are able to quote on lawn maintenace for front yards and leave a written quotation in your letterbox (or call or txt if preferred). However if rear access is required or you would like garden maintenance services it is best to be home to discuss your needs.

Are you available on weekends or evenings?
We prefer to carry out most of our work during normal business hours. However we understand that sometimes this is not always convenient so we do offer after hours appointments and weekend work if booked in advance.

What areas do you service?
We aim to service most areas in the Perth northern suburbs. Most of our clients are based in the following suburbs: Carramar, Tapping, Banksia Grove, Connolly, Iluka, Burns Beach, Ocean Reef and Woodvale. We also provide monthly services to commercial properties closer to Perth. Please contact us to find out if we service your suburb.

What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made by cash on the day the service is provided or we can leave an invoice in your letterbox (or email if preferred) and payment can be made by EFT (due within 3 working days).
